How we build, communicate and support the responsible use of YUVIKAS assessments and counselling.
Purpose of the assessment
The YUVIKAS assessment supports self-reflection, guided counselling conversations and better-informed development or career planning. It is a structured input to a human conversation.
General assessment workflow
You submit an enquiry, receive an information notice, provide informed consent, complete the assessment, receive a personalized report and attend a counsellor interpretation session.
Role of technology
Technology assists in generating personalized report structure and prompts. It does not replace human judgement.
Role of human counselling
A trained counsellor interprets findings, provides context and helps translate insights into practical next steps.
Interpretation limitations
Where technical validation has not been independently established, we do not publish reliability percentages, accuracy scores or research conclusions. Reports are guidance-oriented.
Appropriate use
Use reports as a structured input to reflection, counselling, coaching or family conversations about learning and career direction.
Inappropriate use
Reports must not be used as a medical, psychiatric, neurological or clinical psychological diagnosis, nor as the sole basis for admission, rejection, employment, termination or any high-impact decision.
Decision-making guidance
No educational institution, employer, parent, counsellor or other person should use a YUVIKAS report as the sole basis for a high-impact decision. Combine it with academic performance, interests, experience, standardized assessments and qualified advice.
Children and parental responsibility
For minors, only a parent or lawful guardian may apply, provide consent and receive communication. Reports must not be used to label, rank or exclude a child.
Bias, fairness and non-discrimination
We commit to responsible design, to describing findings in developmental terms, and to avoiding use of reports for discrimination based on gender, caste, community, disability or any protected characteristic.
Data handling
Personal information is processed under our Privacy Policy with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
